•We have the Costco real estate marketing program, allowing us to market homes directly to the Costco members, right at the store, in front of about 20,000 people every month.

•We have the premium package on Realtor.com, which increases market exposure by nearly 20 times that of MLS entry alone and allows potential clients to call us directly

•We increase market exposure online through real estate syndication by partnering with Google, Postlets, Craigslist and many other electronic marketing avenues, plus have a dedicated marketing person to see that all the listings are updated.

•We utilize a professional photographer to take amazing pictures of the home, making them look as attractive as possible, thus selling for more money.

•We have a team of agents eager to hold open houses on our REO listings, use sign spinners, door knocking, fliers, etc... to generate large crowds at the open houses.
